Otto Pilot LLC and the Aviation Adventures App ("we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of its users ("you"). By using the App, you acknowledge and understand our data practices as described in this policy.

02Information We Collect

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, address, phone number, or email.

03Anonymized Usage Data

We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymized usage data. This helps us understand how our users are using our app and how we can improve it. TelemetryDeck does not collect any personally identifiable information. You can read more about TelemetryDeck’s privacy policy at telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

04Permissions

Location: If you allow it, the App uses your location to calculate ground speed in its flight tools. Your location stays on your iPhone and is never sent to us.

Microphone and speech recognition: If you allow them, Study listens while you recite a procedure aloud and turns what you say into text to check it against the procedure. Speech recognition runs on your iPhone; your voice and the text stay on your device and are never sent to us.

05No Data Disclosure

As the App does not collect any personally identifiable information, there is no possibility of data disclosure for legal reasons or otherwise. Personal data that you store in the App is only saved locally and never transmitted to us. Your use of the App remains private and secure at all times.

06Security of Your Information

As no personally identifiable information is collected through the App, security measures related to data protection are not applicable in this context. Your use of the App does not expose you to any risk of personal data leakage or unauthorized access.

07Children's Privacy

The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly engage with children under 13. We do not collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
